Kettlebell superset targets lower body and core. I Kettlebell superset targets lower body and core. I’m working with 35lb kettlebell. Two exercises with one being a single arm swing to engage the obliques and much of the hips and leg muscles (posterior chain). The other is heel raised kettlebell deadlift. The heels are raised to get a good stretch in the posterior chain and put more intensity on the quads with my center of gravity positioned forward. Proper form is central and critical to all exercises.
