Power & Balance Fitness and Nutrition are specific about lifestyle. It is A Way Of Life – AWOL. When we talk about going “AWOL” we are talking about going to a healthier lifestyle. No matter where you are in your life there is room to improve.
We provide information, personal training and nutrition coaching for an improved healthy lifestyle.
A healthy lifestyle serves our bodies as a whole integrated system. There are at least 5 ways to engage our bodies to be our healthiest selves:

- Physical activity – mobility
- Relationships – love
In Spring of 2020 we have been faced with a true threat – a pandemic. Now, we understand through our own experiences the importance of good health and a healthy lifestyle. Engagement of these 5 assets can help our bodies become resilient.
